Services are provided subject to site conditions, material availability, and applicable local codes. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion, including projects that present safety concerns or fall outside our service area.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Written estimates are provided free of charge and are based on conditions observed during an on-site assessment. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing.

Estimates are not guaranteed quotes. Final pricing may change if: (a) site conditions differ materially from what was observed during the assessment; (b) additional work is requested by the customer; (c) unforeseen conditions are discovered during the work (such as existing damage, hazardous materials, or structural issues); or (d) material costs change significantly between estimate and project start.

Any changes to scope or price will be communicated to you before additional work proceeds. We will not perform out-of-scope work without your authorization.

4. Scheduling and Cancellation

Once a project is scheduled, we ask for at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We understand that schedules change - please reach out as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or crew availability. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as early as possible and work with you to find a new date.

Cancellations after materials have been ordered or work has begun may result in charges for materials and labor incurred to that point. Specific cancellation terms will be outlined in your written project agreement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To allow us to complete work safely and efficiently, you agree to:

• Provide clear and safe access to all areas where work is to be performed.
• Remove or secure personal belongings from work areas prior to the scheduled start date.
• Ensure that all occupants and pets vacate areas designated by our crew during and immediately after application of spray foam products, as required for health and safety.
• Disclose any known hazardous materials, structural concerns, or prior damage that may affect the work.
• Ensure that someone with authority to approve work is available or reachable on the day of service.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms for each project will be specified in your written estimate or project agreement. In general:

• A deposit may be required before materials are ordered or work begins.
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless alternative terms are agreed to in writing.
• Accepted payment methods will be specified in your project agreement.

Unpaid balances may accrue interest and may be subject to collection proceedings. You are responsible for any reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue amounts, including attorney fees where permitted by law.

7. Warranty

We stand behind our workmanship. Any warranty on labor or materials will be specified in your written project agreement. Workmanship warranties apply to defects arising from our installation and do not cover damage caused by:

• Pre-existing structural issues, moisture damage, or hazardous conditions not disclosed prior to work.
• Actions or modifications by the customer or third parties after project completion.
• Events outside our control, including flooding, fire, or severe weather.

Product warranties from manufacturers apply separately and are governed by the manufacturer's own terms. We will assist you in identifying applicable manufacturer warranty resources upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plattsburgh Insulation is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or this website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project is limited to the amount paid by you for that project. This limitation applies regardless of the form of the action - whether contract, tort, or otherwise.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. 10. Dispute Resolution

Any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Plattsburgh, NY.
